(PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY, AS OUR POLICY IS STRICT AND NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Should you cancel your stay fourteen (14) days or more prior to your arrival, we will be happy to hold your deposit for a future stay or arrange for a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of your arrival will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, on the same day of your arrival, or if you depart early or fail to show up, you will still be responsible for the full amount of your reserved stay, as we will have already charged you for the entire duration. Add-on packages are non-refundable within 30 days of your reservation.

Also, there are no refunds for the following:

• Inclement weather
• Early departure decisions
• Medical issues
• Removal for non-compliance to Inn rules
• Drug related violations are immediately reported to authorities, and forfeit your entire stay
• Loss of electricity, water or other events out of our control. (IE. Acts of God/Mother nature).

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE RULES AND POLICIES AS NEEDED. THE RULES AND POLICES IN OUR ROOMS ARE NOT AS DETAILED AS THE RULES AND POLICIES SHOWN IN THIS DOCUMENT. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PRINT, READ AND AGREE TO THE RULES AND POLICIES IN THIS DOCUMENT BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION.
